I am writing to you as I put on a delicious fleece and long legged sweat pants on myself. I absolutely love this time of the year, when I -finally!- can feel cold enough to put on cozy things. When the heat of the summer subsides, I am in my happy place.

A lot has happened this summer (and in the spring) for me. I have come to the limits of burnout and passed onto the other side more than once. I picked myself up, dusted my shoulders off, and dove back into nervous system regulation, taking care of myself, and deep soul healing more than once (dare I say multiple times a day sometimes!).

All in all this is what I want to say to you: I don't have all the answers. I am still down in the mud sometimes (more than I'd like to be) and I am right there with you figuring out what healing means for me every single day.
